11. Shelf prices and availability

  • Shelf prices are set as described on the home page: the cost of the delivery plus one flat markup applied identically across the shop.
  • Prices follow the cost of the next delivery and can go down as well as up. A change applies from the day new stock is booked in and is never applied backwards to an order already placed.
  • Weekly specials are a genuine reduction against the shelf price, for a stated week and a stated item, and end when the week does.
  • Stock is finite. Where an item sells out after you order it, we tell you the same working day and refund in full rather than substituting something we think is close.
  • HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP. may decline or cancel an order, refunding it in full, where it appears to be for commercial resale or where the payment cannot be verified.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
