Everything here is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine, none of it is sold as a treatment, and we will not describe it as either. The full position on claims is in aisle 08.
The shop's own House Label range is bought to the same five questions as everything else, and its labels name the facility that made it. A store label is a purchasing decision, not a manufacturing one, and we do not blur that.
Before you order
Three honest checks, because a return is worse for you than a no.

Pack sizes in the House Label range
Three pack sizes. The larger packs cost less per day because they cost us less to handle, and for no other reason.

How to read a shelf label
Six facts, same order, every item. Where a fact is unknown, the label says it is unknown rather than leaving you to assume.

| Supplement Facts | The authoritative contents panel. It overrides any description anywhere else, including this website. |
| Other ingredients | Binders, flow agents, capsule shell and colourings, in full. |
| Nutrient forms | The specific salt or ester, not just the element or vitamin name. |
| Lot and expiry | Recorded against your sale so a recall reaches you. |
| Test status | Whether a certificate of analysis exists for that lot, who issued it and what it covers. |
Ordering and payment
Orders are taken by customer service at team@mychoicesmart.com during Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm Mountain. Tell us the item and the pack size and we confirm the total in writing, including any shipping, before anything is charged.
Every order is a single purchase. The card is charged once, for that order, and is not retained for a later charge. Your confirmation goes out by email straight away and the tracking number follows by email once the carrier scans the parcel. Order updates are never sent by text message.
Orders reaching us before 1pm Mountain on a business day are picked and packed the same afternoon. Transit times by destination are in aisle 06.
Suggested use and safety
Follow the suggested use printed on the label of the item you bought. Where a label and this website disagree, the label is right and the website is a mistake we want reported.
- For adults aged 18 and over. Nothing in the shop is intended for children.
- Do not exceed the suggested use. More is not better and in several of these departments it is worse.
- Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting anything, particularly if you take prescription medication, are managing a health condition, or are pregnant or nursing.
- Stop taking it and seek advice if you have any adverse reaction.
- Store as the label directs and mind the expiry date. Oils in particular do not improve with age.
